Pacific Sun and its associated companies provide a full range of retirement housing and support services for seniors and their families, within Kelowna and the Okanagan Valley.

Pacific Sun operates retirement communities that have a full range of hospitality services such as meal preparation, housekeeping, social and recreational activities, transportation services and full time security personnel.  These retirement communities are designed for active retirees.

Pacific Sun also provides Assisted Living services in a number of its complexes.  In addition to the full range of hospitality services identified above, personal services are provided such as medication assistance and assistance with bathing and personal grooming.  These additional services are available to clients as needed.  These services would normally be for those clients that have some health issues for which they would require some assistance of a non-professional medical personnel.

Pacific Sun also operates complex senior care facilities that provide services to clients who require in addition to non-professional services, the services of professional staff such as Registered Nurses on a 24-hour basis.

Pacific Sun in addition to providing assisted living services and complex care to clients on a private pay basis also provides these services on a contractual basis to clients referred to it by the Interior Health Authority (IHA).  IHA is the public organization responsible for all health services within Kelowna and the Okanagan area.

Within a number of the retirement homes Pacific Sun operates, additional services such as guest suites, respite care, as well as adult day services are provided.
